Finnsecurity in English
Finnsecurity ry is a registered security association in Finland. Finnsecurity's main goal is to raise security field's respect and develop its operation opportunities. Finnsecurity's aim is also to strengthen its members professional knowledge and make it easier for the members to co-operate with others.
Finnsecurity ry has private members, legal members and community members. By 31.12.2007 the number of members was 655 and raising. The association has eight divisions for its members, e.g. company division, student division and area divisions. The members can also take part in Finnsecuritys commissions' work to develop association's internal activities.
Finnsecurity ry organizes different kind of security and safety events, e.g. seminars, trips to exhibitions, etc. Finnsecurity has organised FinnSecurity -exhibitions and FinnSec -fairs since 1978. FinnSec -fair has become the biggest and most important security and safety event in Finland and the first day of 2007 fair is aimed specially at foreign visitors.
